SingleTogether serves the population of singles in Palm Beach County by offering Bible studies, social activities, events and outreach projects.

On Saturday, December 19th, the 501(c)3, non-profit organization, SingleTogether in Christ, celebrated their first Christmas season together with over fifty people in attendance, at the home of Greg Alessi in Lake Clarke Shores.

The community group meets every Friday evening for dinner and discussion centered around serving Christ as single Christians. They also get together for Christian concerts, conferences, theatrical shows, biking, kayaking, games and many other local activities.

Their online social community, available to members who participate in the off-line activities of the group, provides communication among members through member profiles and interaction through posting and commenting.

In addition to getting together for spiritual growth and fun, SingleTogether also seeks to serve the community. Saturday’s celebration benefited a local Christian who was laid off from his job and unable to pay rent. The group has also gotten together to serve the homeless through The Breakthrough Cafe, an outreach led by Angelo Sotomayor, that provides food and entertainment to the homeless on the first Friday of every month.

A Valentines celebration is being planned for February.
