¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup cream sherry
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp ginger
¼ cup garlic powder
4 Salmon steaks


Heat soy, sherry and sugar just until the sugar melts. Add ginger and garlic. Marinate salmon for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. Remove salmon from marinade. Brush oil on both sides. Grill flesh side down first. Turn and grill on skin side.
