The fourth Lausanne Movement will be held in Seoul, South Korea on September 2024. Also known as the Fourth Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization, the event will gather thousands of Christian leaders worldwide.

Grilled Pork Medallions with Apricot-Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

Sauce

  1. 2 Tablespoons bacon fat
  2. 1/4 cup onion
  3. 1/4 cup mushrooms
  4. 2 Tablespoons flour
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. 1/4 teaspoon Five Spice Powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  9. 2 Tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  10. 2 Tablespoon Apricot Jam
  11. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  12. 1 teaspoon salt

Meat

  1. 3 pounds pork tenderloin, sliced into 1″ steaks

Directions

Sauce

  1. Saute onion and mushrooms in bacon fat until onions are tender and clear. Add flour and cook for several minutes. Slowly add milk, whisking briskly as milk is poured in. Cook and stir until thickened. Add remaining ingredients.

Meat

  1. Grill the pork medallions in a preheated grill on high heat for one minute. Turn and cook for one more minute. Turn the grill to low and cook about 5 more minutes to your preference.
  2. Serve with sauce on the side and top with apricots or baked apples, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
