A super simple, no fuss, delicious way to prepare salmon…
  1. 1 1/2 pounds salmon
  2. 1/2 cup maple syrup
  3. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  4. 11/2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  6. dash of pepper
  7. scallions, sliced
  8. sesame seeds
  1. Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and pepper together. Add salmon and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until fish flakes with a fork. Top cooked fish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
