This is a melt in your mouth, family favorite. It’s best if marinated overnight.
ingredients
5 chicken breasts or quarters
3 medium cloves garlic
½ tsp salt
1⁄3 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp grainy mustard
¼ cup cider vinegar
juice of 1 lime
juice of 1/2 large lemon
6 Tbsp olive oil
Black pepper to taste
directions
Combine all of the above ingredients in a glass container, covering the chicken and sealing with a tight fitting lid. Refrigerate overnight. Place chicken on a pre-heated grill on high heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Lower heat and cook until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
